Cache Valley Duathlon

On Saturday I did my first race: the Cache Valley Duathlon. It consisted of a 2 mile run, a 13 mile bike, and another 2 mile run. The bike ride was beautiful up Blacksmith Fork Canyon, but so much harder than I anticipated! By the time I was done biking the last thing I wanted to do was go running again, but somehow I made it and had so much fun!

Way to go! I need to do a duathlon cause my swim time sucks and it brings my triathlon time down significantly. By the way, you look way to good to be doing a race - just happy go lucky - looks like you rocked it!

12.5 minute miles? Just kidding T. Good job. I fully expect a post on the Moab Half Marathon come March.

What a hottie!!! You look amazing, girl! I'm way proud of you. The most exercise I ever do is carrying the grocery bags from the car to my kitchen. And I'm usually spent after that. I'm way impressed! Atta girl. Love ya!
