Welcome to the 2nd annual Fackrell Family Christmas Tree Hunt! Saturday we drove up above Preston, Idaho in search for the perfect trees. It was a fabulous day--sunny and warm but with powdery snow on the ground to make it feel festive. This year we missed my mom who had to stay home, but she came up later for a fabulous Kick Off to Christmas dinner at Katie and Nate's house. Everyone took home trees that are way too big for normal size houses, but we had tons of fun in the process.

so fun! what a beautiful redhead. ;) hope you are doing well. did you make the move to slc yet?
Good thing we don't live in normal sized houses, huh? Otherwise we'd be hacking off a whole lot of branches!
How fun! I keep telling Kyle that some day we will go and cut our own Christmas tree. I love your hair by the way!
I also love your hair! But I am kind of partial to red heads ;) There is something so fun and festive about cutting down your own tree. Merry Christmas!
First, Love the hair!! Second, I love picking out and cutting down your own tree. (Even though I always wander around in the search from tree to tree because there is sure to be a better one.) Third, it's funny how hard it is to find a tree the right size for a house. It's hard to measure against tall trees in the mountains with the sky as the ceiling. Your tree looks great! Happy Decorating!
so festive T. did you get moved??? if you have you are in big trouble for not coming in to see me before you left!! you will be forgiven. hope your Christmas is merry and bright!!

normal size houses, hilarious. I can't wait to see what yours looks like in your house! Did you end up taking your table down to make room for it?
I didn't think the "normal size houses" was funny till the feedback started coming in...oh well. Chel I moved my bookshelves and chair down closer to my couch and put my tree in the same place as last year.
