The decorations are made,
vases are cleaned,
pictures are framed,
ribbon by the yard is stocked,
food is finalized,
vendors are lined up,
pedicure, nails, and skin appointments are scheduled,
dress is fitted,
suit is hemmed,
hair is colored,
rings are picked up,
volunteers are arranged,
showers are over,
and time frames have been run over with a fine toothed comb.
It's finally almost here. I cannot wait for this day to arrive, the day that will mark a new chapter in my life with my best friend and our best troll. It seems like we've been a family forever, and now we'll make it official. I have to keep pinching myself that its really true.
At one of my showers I had to answer questions about Nate and I. She asked "When did Nate know you were the one?" all I could say was "Long before we started dating. We both did." and that was exactly what he had said. We are the perfect 2, and I cannot imagine a more perfect man for me.
I love you baby--I won't give up on us!
